Pizza Hut in Cologne

In return for the bad experience, we were very satisfied. At times we were so biased by the reviews but still wanted to eat something from Pizzahut. So we pre-ordered 2 pizzas, picked them up on time and were super satisfied! It was warm (could have been a bit crispier), tasty and needs repetition! Keep it up, dear team 😊👍🏻

Best pizza far and wide, I drive from Siegen to Cologne to the Pizza Hut

The table was unnecessarily too big (6 to 8 seats for 2, although there were groups waiting outside). The waitress did not give us any cutlery, made fun of us about starters, gave us the drinks much later and finally forced us to round the value at the end (tip). Really sad, because we've been going there for several years and then something like this happens.

The food is as it should be at Pizza Hut. In addition, there are the nice (probably Italian) employees who couldn't be more open and despite Corona take good care of hygiene measures. I hope you can keep it up so well!

Service very nice, delicious food

Very courteous staff and short waiting times. In addition, there is the typically delicious Pizza Hut taste. Simply delicious. For me the best Pizza Hut far and wide. I can only recommend.

Old facility. It existed 20 years ago. Shockingly expensive compared to other pizzerias. Not better in taste. Salat AR was missing, although other restaurants manage to offer it despite the coronavirus.

The place itself is ok, it's very cold and the pizza tastes ok so not so good

Only got 2 wrong pizzas, they were taken back, but only because they weren't for our table, there was no apology to be heard, then another wrong one where they wanted to make it clear to us that the pan pizza and normal flat ones are the same would be. When paying, the waitress still had to wait thirtieth when the tip would come, but if I didn't have the 1.04 € paid out with us, I would never do, but that was no service.

We were completely satisfied. We got a table quickly, the order was taken immediately, the drinks came very quickly and shortly afterwards the food. The pizzas were of the usual Pizza Hut quality, absolutely delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I can only recommend this branch!

Very old and dingy shop. Totally overpriced prices. Order received incorrectly. Inattentive service

Closed on Sundays, although otherwise noted on Google. It is extremely easy to change. Why not happen? I came for nothing. Very annoying! Otherwise food was very tasty.

The hygiene concept works very well 👍. Pizza as always delicious. The prices are a bit excessive, but I love the pizza 🍕. Gladly again

I give 3 stars because you still have to pay for the toilet, regardless of whether you eat there or not. And one waitress wasn't not nice. Food very tasty!

Ordered noodles to take away. When asked it was about 10 minutes. In the end it took about 20 minutes. I wasn't told until the pasta was ready that they didn't have all the ingredients in stock. So in the end it was pasta, onions baked with cheese. In compensation, I was given two drinks. The worst part, however, was the embarrassing portion. Approx. half was empty with pasta, the other half. What a shame...

Food was fine, but unfriendly staff, who had to ask for orders three times and still forgot a drink. Toilets cost 50 cents as a guest and are not always clean. In addition, the tables between the guests were not disinfected. I can clearly advise against eating there.

All in all, satisfactory. Staff mostly nice. Locally very dark ... Corona pads make everything a little more difficult. Prices well above average

Eat good. Service did not really motivate us to serve. I ordered a Coke on the first piece of my pizza when I was on the last piece and asked if I still wanted the Coke. I could then wash it down at least half of the last piece. But was delicious.

The Service are friendly an helpful,you can Order what you like.Like Pizza with Ham Tomato and Mushrooms. It is always fresh.

Pizza of Pizza Hut is always super delicious but sitting area in köln branch .......🙁

The tomatoes and garlic for Bruschatta is not roasted well. I can taste the raw garlic which is really bad. On the other hand garlic bread and Garden lovers pan pizza is fantastic.

Good service, delicouse pizza and friendly personel. This pizza hut, I think is one of the best one in Germany. We have oredered one große pizza salamy with one beer and a cola, which is enough for two person.

Pizza was good....What is it with the toilets in this place...Having a woman outside expecting money...I was there with 5 friends and family and paid over 100 euros...and they want me to pay for going to the toilet...unbelievable... We will never eat there again

Some days ago we visited this place to have a pizza for lunch (4 people in total). While we were waiting for the bill, so after we had already eaten, we saw a mouse--yes a mouse--running from one side of the restaurant to the other where it got under the cashier's side. We were not sure whether it came out of the kitchen--at that point, I think it did not matter so much-- but we saw a mouse! We noticed that other people saw it too--one lady even left the place immediately! The most amazing part of the story---because seeing a mouse at the place you just had lunch was not enough--when the waitress came to our table to bring the bill and we said to her that we just saw a mouse, she replied: "Yes I saw it too, its ok!". Since this kind of answer is not acceptable in a place where you go to eat, I immediately replied to her that "it is not OK!", she looked "offended" and said something in German that we could not understand (she knew that we were foreigners since we were talking to her in English)! I would give -5 stars if I could!

Delicious american pizza in the city centre. Good service, a bit slow but good in general. You can pay by card.

Have visited the branch 3 times in total, all three times I was served by extremely rude waiting staff... They pretend to be deaf to the guests. Today a waiting staff crossed the line by throwing the takeaway packing at our table, expecting us to pack the pizza ourselves. When I complained about it, he responded with "ich habe keine Zeit." (I have no time for it). Don't visit if you are expecting great service and friendly hospitality.

I’m going to give it a 5 the waiter was super nice and attentive even though it was packed. I tried to tip him and he decline first time happening because every other place in Germany and Belgium that I tip no one declined.
